Homemade Carpet Stain Remover {DIY}

If you have carpets and kids (or pets) you probably have spots on your carpets. We have them EVERYWHERE. Today I got down and dirty, scrubbing spots. I want to share the safe homemade stain remover I always use. You probably have the ingredients already. It takes a minute to make and works great! Plus, you don’t have to worry about your children or pets being exposed to harmful chemicals.

All you need is 2 cups of water, 1 Tbsp of vinegar, and 1 Tbsp of dish soap. And watch your carpets transform, like this!

It took a little scrubbing, but the stains came up quickly. Now the carpet smells fresh and looks good too!

  1. 2 cups Water
  2. 1 Tbsp Dish Soap
  3. 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
Instructions
  1. Combine water, soap, and vinegar in a medium bowl.
  2. Dip a rag in soapy water, ring out, and scrub spots.
