How to Make Almond Crackers {RECIPE}

Now that you’ve made almond milk, what do we do with the leftover pulp? There are many recipes for almond pulp out there, but I chose to make almond pulp crackers.

All you need is parchment paper, olive oil (or your oil of choice), and salt and pepper to taste. You can either use a dehydrator, if you have one, or an oven. I used a dehydrator.

Almond Pulp

Add about a tablespoon of olive oil (I used extra virgin olive oil) and seasonings (I just used salt) to the almond pulp and form it into a ball with by hand.

Lay the ball between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll or press the almond pulp until it is about 1/4 inch thick.

Remove the top layer of parchment paper and slice the pulp with a pizza cutter or knife into 1-2 inch squares.

Dehydrate or bake at 135º F for about 20 hours or until crisp and crunchy.
